TEAM MANAGER DUTIES
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Manager serves as a central hub for communication, support, and information for parents, players, and coaches. They are in charge of coordination and all operational aspects of their team. They are the organizer for parents and coaches to ensure a smooth and successful season and are a huge part of the Titan experience.
Team Managers report to our VOSHA Administrator / Manager-In-Chief, Angie Rice, and are selected after rosters have been set. Head coaches will submit suggestions and the VOSHA Administrator, Hockey Operations Director, and Head Coach for each team will work together to select the individual best fit for the role. Duties include but are not limited to regular team communication, budget oversight, monthly meeting attendance, pre-season training attendance, and team event planning.
