VOSHA Staff

VOSHA staff and coaches are dedicated to providing the best youth hockey experience for our players and families. With an emphasis on development, we are focused on each player's growth on and off the ice. Our goal is to create learning opportunities that result in well-rounded hockey players who become responsible, driven, and successful adults.

Through hard work and consistency, our players learn invaluable life lessons in leadership, teamwork, and accountability while simultaneously strengthening their game through competition and on-ice skill development.

Oliver Gagnon

Director of Hockey Operations

About Ollie

Oliver Gagnon brings a lifetime of high-level hockey experience and leadership to his role as Director of Hockey Operations for the Arizona Titans. A native of Montreal, Quebec Oliver developed his game in the storied Lac St. Louis Lions program before attending The Millbrook School in New York, where he served as team captain for two seasons. During his prep career he earned numerous on-ice accolades, including multiple selections as a NEPSAC First Team All-Star and team MVP.

Oliver went on to play NCAA Division I hockey at American International College (AIC), where he again demonstrated exceptional leadership as a two-year team captain. He remains one of the program’s all-time leading scorers in the Division I era and was honored with the prestigious Henry A. Butova Memorial Leadership Award, recognizing the individual who best exemplifies outstanding leadership in the spirit of Henry Butova. He also received the AIC Alumni Award for his combined excellence in academic scholarship and athletic achievement.

Years later, when his daughters were first introduced to the game, Oliver’s passion for hockey was reignited. He served as Hockey Director for the Santa Fe Hockey Association (SFHA) in New Mexico, where his leadership helped usher the association to new heights. During his tenure, the program experienced significant growth and development, earning recognition from USA Hockey and the NHL for its progress and commitment to growing the game.

Following his playing career, Oliver transitioned his competitive drive and leadership into the business world. Over the past 25 years he has served as President of Blackbeard Creative, an award-winning boutique creative agency that has partnered with globally recognized brands such as Deloitte, Ritz-Carlton, and Four Seasons. Recognized as an industry leader, Oliver has earned multiple PPAI Pyramid Awards for marketing excellence, demonstrating a unique ability to apply creative thinking to solve complex challenges.

Oliver now brings that same passion for leadership, development, and excellence back to the game as he helps guide the future of the Arizona Titans organization.
